MJC Terms of Use
- Services that are offered by sellers on MyJobCentre.co.uk(MJC) are named “Jobs”,
- Jobs are offered for a custom price that each seller choose individually,
- Only registered users can buy and sell on MyJobCentre.com. Registration is completely for FREE,
- You may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through MyJobCentre.co.uk. Gigs should be ordered using the ‘Purchase Now’ button,
- Buyers are granted all rights to the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller in the gig description,
- If the violation of the rules are found My Job Centre company reserves rights to close the client account without any refund possibility,
- We want to simplify how you get work and how you get work done, so we’re keeping the rules simple too.
Refund Policy
- 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or receive a full refund to your MyJobCentre.co.uk account if problem are found adequate by our customer service team,
- Refunds are released immediately after decision is made,
- Please note, that during safety period of 30 days you will not be able to communicate with our customer service if your account will be suspended/ via violating our TOS,
- There is no refunds awailable if you purchased featured jobs advertisement,
- After safety period you will have possibility of full refund to your My Job Centre account in condition, that you will be able to prove that you actions was not against MJC TOS.
Withdrawing Earnings
- For withdrawing revenue the seller must have a Valid and Verified Paypal/Alertpay account. Please, make sure your Paypal/Alertpay account has the option to receive money before withdrawing funds from MyJobCentre.com account,
- You can associate your My Job Centre account with only one Paypal/Alertpay account. This association is of permanent nature and cannot be edited thereafter,
- To protect our customers and to minimise on-line fraud, you can withdraw funds only after lapse of 14 days, the mandatory clearance period. Your account balance must have adequate fund amount to withdraw,
- Paypal/Alertpay charges a fee on each withdrawal and that will be deducted by them each time from the sellers’ withdrawn amounts,
- Sellers will be available to withdraw 80% minus Paypal fees of amount what buyer paid for the gig as MyJobCentre keep standard %20 of provided service.
- The withdrawals are permanent and cannot be cancelled. Once the process has been put into action, we can not help you in any regard.

Featured Jobs stay ‘Featured’ not more than 1 week,

- General terms
- Violation of MJC Terms of Service may get your account blocked permanently.
- Sellers will get a chance to withdraw their revenues from banned or blocked accounts after a safety period of 30 to 80 days, depending on block factor, from day of last cleared payment earned in their account and subject to MyJobCentre approval.
- Spammers will be blocked permanently and banned!
- Disputes should be handled using by contacting MJC customer service.
- MyJobCentre reserves the full right to put any account on limit or hold accounts permanently due to any not honest and not proper behavior. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on MJC.
- MJC may make changes to its Terms of Use from time to time without any notice. When these changes are made, MJC will make a new copy of the Terms of Use available at our Terms of Use page
- You must understand and agree that if you use My Job Centre after the date on which the Terms of Use have changed, MyJobCentre will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Use,
- By Creating your account you agree to our Terms of Use.
- Disputes
- When a buyer orders one of your gigs, you will be notified and asked to Accept or Reject the order. Disputing an order should only be used when you will not be able to perform your offering on time. If you are away and cannot handle orders, it is good idea to suspend your works from your “My Jobs” control panel.
- We are truly encouraged our buyers and sellers to discuss and settle their conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can directly contact MyJobCentre customer service department.
- MyJobCentre will not refund payments made for cancelled orders back to PayPal. Refunds are made to the buyer’s balance and are made available for future purchases on My Job Centre.
